Q. I have plans I like, but I need a builder and / or lot.  Can you help?
A. Yes.  We usually have several lots to choose from and Keystone Homes would like to be the builder for your new home.

Q. I have plans, but they need revisions or modifications.  Can you help?
A. Yes.  We have a full-service drafting division called the Plan Man that is able to do everything from minor revisions to complete custom plans.

Q. I saw a plan on your website that I like, but I would like to modify it.  Is that possible?
A. Yes.  All of the plans on our website are standard plans, but can be modified to meet your families needs.

Q. I didn’t see a plan that I like on you website, but I would like to use Keystone Homes as my builder.  Do you offer custom plans?
A. Yes.  Our full-service drafting division, the Plan Man, has done several custom plans over the years for clients that wanted a one-of-a-kind home for their families.
