THE DRAWINGS LICENSED TO YOU MAY NOT BE RESOLD, USED BY ANY OTHER PERSON, COPIED, OR REPRODUCED BY ANY MEANS.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE OUR DRAWINGS SUBJECT TO YOUR OBLIGATION AND AGREEMENT TO STRICTLY COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL BUILDING CODES, ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - INCLUDING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
MANY CITIES AND STATES REQUIRE AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER TO REVIEW AND "SEAL" DRAWINGS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE STATUTES, TO SAFEGUARD LIFE, HEALTH, AND PROPERTY, AND TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC WELFARE. THERE MAY BE A FEE FOR THIS SERVICE. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIALS, LOCAL HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION, OR THE LOCAL CHAPTERS REPRESENTING ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS FOR MORE INFORMATION.

THE LICENSEE AGREES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LYON ENTERPRISES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONSULTANTS (COLLECTIVELY), AGAINST ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITIES OR COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AND DEFENSE COSTS, ARISING FROM OR ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED REUSE OR MODIFICATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS BY THE LICENSEE OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY THAT ACQUIRES OR OBTAINS THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FROM OR THROUGH THE LICENSEE WITHOUT THE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION OF LYON ENTERPRISES LLC.
